was incorporated in April 2000 to provide effective solutions to complex property appraisal problems. It is a new, dynamic and enterprising property appraisal company formed to address the growing need of reliable, dependable and expeditious property appraisal service.

Punzalan, a Licensed Civil Engineer and Licensed Appraiser; Vice President Victoriano Nuqui, a Licensed Appraiser.
